Kathy focuses primarily on strategy and marketing to meet client needs. Her experience with sales, customer service, and marketing is both international and domestic. She is sought after for her expertise in strategic development and leading cross-functional teams with results driven outcomes. She has also developed strategies for Fortune 500 firms, designed and implemented national product launches, re-engineering sales and marketing processes, and developed sales marketing initiatives for import/export businesses. Kathy is a bilingual and bicultural professional, often serving as a strategic consultant regarding Hispanic marketing.

Kathy is also an active member of the community and is serving as a Governor appointee to the Indiana Commission for Higher Education and past Chair of Indiana State University Board of Trustees. She serves or served on several boards including Fifth Third Regional Board, Indiana Repertory Theatre, Indy 500 Festival Board Director, Indiana Women’s Suffrage Centennial Commissioner, President of Escala Foundation, Inc. and is past President of the National Association of Women Business Owners and a founding member of Prospanica, formerly National Society of Hispanic MBAs – Indianapolis Chapter.

Kathy has been recognized for her leadership and service with various awards but considers her family at the top of the accomplishment list.

Vincent Viveros is a Vice President and Banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. Vincent consults closely with executives, business owners and other wealth creators across Indianapolis whose financial scenarios have evolved to a more sophisticated set of objectives. He delivers the firm’s thought leadership and fortress balance sheet to help clients transform their success into financial freedom for themselves and future generations.

Throughout nearly fifteen years in wealth management, Vincent has established a reputation as a patient and empathetic communicator who is committed to transparency, clarity and simplicity in working with families. He was at Key Private Bank and Morgan Stanley before spending nearly a decade as a Wealth Advisor at Charles Schwab.

A well-known leader in Indianapolis, Vincent’s volunteerism centers on access to higher education, inclusive economic mobility and workforce development for high-achieving yet under-resourced students across the state. He serves as Vice President for the ESCALA Foundation and is the Vice Chair of the Ivy Tech Foundation. In recognition of his efforts, the Indianapolis Business Journal named him a Forty Under Forty honoree in 2017.

Marcela (Marcy) Cabello is a public policy researcher whose work focuses on developing policy approaches and strategic solutions to improve health and economic mobility. Previously, Marcy was a policy researcher at The Brookings Institution in Washington DC. There, Marcy also co-chaired Brookings Career Day, an initiative introducing DC Public High School students to key policy issues and careers. Prior, Marcy worked at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.

Marcy currently serves on the boards of the Marion County Commission on Youth (MCCOY), IMPACT 100 Greater Indianapolis, and the Escala Foundation. She also volunteers with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra Association and the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art. She is a member of SKL Class XLVII and was a 2024 finalist for Indy’s Best and Brightest (Manufacturing, Retail & Services) by Junior Achievement of Central Indiana.

Senior Budget Analyst, Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)

Eli is a Senior Budget Analyst with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in Washington DC. He has nearly a decade of experience in international economic development and budget/financial analysis within the federal government. His current portfolio focuses on financial management of a ~$16.5 billion budget of federally appropriated funding for HUD’s Office of Housing that includes the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), one of the largest providers of mortgage insurance in the world. Before joining HUD, Eli worked at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in the National Eye Institute working in the same capacity of budget/finance alongside some of the country’s best researchers and scientists. Prior to joining the federal civilian workforce, Eli lived in Paraguay, South America for over two years as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer. During his time, he focused on economic development with capacities focused on entrepreneurship and youth leadership development.

Luz M. Flores is a strategic marketing professional whose work focuses on developing brand strategies and multichannel campaigns to drive business growth and generate revenue. Currently serving as a Global Talent Marketing Client Partner for Randstad Sourceright, Luz leverages her expertise in employer branding to drive talent attraction and engagement across North America and EMEA markets.

With a proven track record in both B2B and B2C environments, Luz has demonstrated her ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. Her tenure as Director of Marketing at Morales Group Staffing + Acción Performance showcased her skills in budget management, cross-departmental collaboration, and data-driven decision-making, resulting in significant increases in lead generation and revenue growth year over year.

Driven by a mission to serve and empower the community, her commitment to make an impact is evident through her involvement with numerous organizations, including the Marian University Alumni Association, the Escala Foundation, Flourish, and Project Stepping Stone of Indiana. Dan is a Senior Associate at Cerity Partners. He collaborates with individuals and families, providing guidance and support on various wealth management topics such as investment management, financial, tax, and estate planning.

During his time at Marian, Dan was a member of the football team, winning multiple NAIA national championships. After his time at Marian, he studied Spanish at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara for six months.
